CHFCA welcomes Fasken Martineau Dumoulin LLP as Executive Member

VANCOUVER – The Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association is pleased to announce Fasken Martineau Dumoulin LLP as the newest Executive Member in the association.

Fasken is a full-service law firm with offices in Canada, the U.K., South Africa and China. The firm work with clients around the globe, offering expertise in legal issues affecting all types of industry, government and individual objectives. In 2020, Fasken formed a hydrogen energy advisory team to better serve our clients in the clean energy and emerging H2 technologies.

Fasken plans to engage as an active participant in Canadian and global efforts to transition to cleaner energy through the deployment of zero-emission hydrogen energy in heat, power and mobility applications.

Earlier this week, Fasken launched its new Hydrogen Energy Advisory Team, or H2EAT, a pioneering initiative to help clients navigate the global transition to a clean hydrogen economy. H2EAT leverages Fasken’s substantial resources in energy, environmental and regulatory law, intellectual property, corporate transactions, venture capital and other areas from across the firm’s seven Canadian offices.
