Philip Turi is the Chief Operating Officer at ITD Nikola Canada. At ITD, Philip oversees the Company’s overall corporate strategy execution, financial and operational management, and leading ITD’s 150+ employees. ITD is an OEM manufacturer of transportation equipment including dry vans, container chassis and specialty trailers. ITD is also the exclusive Canadian dealer for Nikola Motor Corporation. Under this partnership, ITD is responsible for selling and servicing Nikola’s Battery Electric and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Class 8 vehicles in Canada, while at the same time harnessing ITD’s specialty trailer manufacturing capabilities to assist customers with access to Hydrogen.

In addition to day-to-day management, Philip is responsible to driving ITD’s partnership with Nikola in Canada for the benefit of Canadian transportation customers interested in transitioning their fleet operations to cleaner technologies.

Prior to leading ITD, Philip held senior leadership roles at Canadian Crown Corp Export Development Canada (EDC) and Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME), a leading Canadian industry association. Philip is a corporate lawyer by training and spent his early legal career at Fasken LLP in Toronto. Philip holds a JD from the University of Western Ontario and MBA from the Rotman School of Management at UofT.
