Bear Head Energy is planning to develop, construct and operate a large-scale green hydrogen and ammonia production, storage and export facility at the site of the previously approved Bear Head LNG export facility near Port Hawkesbury on the Strait of Canso on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.

The company’s seasoned team has deep experience in all aspects of project development, including design, regulatory, commercial and project finance. The majority of the management team worked previously to advance the Bear Head project as a fully-permitted LNG export facility.
