Heartland Generation is one of Alberta’s largest power generators, supplying more than 2,660 MW (gross) of power for the benefit of industrial, commercial, and residential consumers.

Heartland Generation is actively pursuing new technologies, including the integration of carbon capture and sequestration, hydrogen production and hydrogen-fueled power generation, and other innovative decarbonization opportunities at their existing assets.
